About Corbett Jordan

For me, real estate has never been about simply putting a sign in the yard or opening a door. Every home, every client, and every move has a story—and my job is to understand that story and build the right strategy around it.

I’m a Georgia Associate Broker and residential real estate professional serving Tucker, Smoke Rise, Lilburn, and communities throughout Metro Atlanta. Before real estate, I spent 20 years as an educator, and that teaching background still shapes the way I work today. I believe clients should understand what’s happening, why it matters, and what their options are so they can make confident decisions without feeling pressured.

I’m also a self-proclaimed data nerd. I love digging into neighborhood trends, comparable sales, buyer behavior, pricing, property history, and the details that can change the outcome of a transaction. For sellers, that means looking beyond a basic CMA to determine how a home should be positioned, priced, and marketed to find the buyer who will truly appreciate what makes it special. For buyers, it means helping them look beyond the pretty kitchen and understand the value, risks, opportunities, and long-term implications of a purchase.

My approach to marketing is equally personal. I don’t believe every house needs to appeal to every buyer. A home doesn’t need everyone to love it—it needs the right buyer to love it. I work to uncover what makes a property different and tell that story through thoughtful pricing, photography, digital marketing, targeted outreach, and a launch strategy designed to make the home stand out rather than simply show up online.

Over the years, I’ve been honored with multiple Diamond and Pinnacle Awards, including Life Pinnacle recognition, Rookie of the Year, and recognition among the top 10% of real estate professionals nationally. I’ve also completed the DeKalb Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy and earned NAR’s Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) and Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) designations.

But awards aren’t what I want clients to remember about working with me. I want them to remember that I answered the phone, explained the confusing parts, did the research, told them the truth—even when it wasn’t necessarily what they wanted to hear—and stayed focused on their goals from our first conversation through closing.
